My guest on this episode of the Rental Income Podcast has had some really bad things happen to him while owning rentals. He’s been talking advantage of by tenants, (he was actually sued by his first tenants), and he has been ripped off by contractors. Even with all the bad things that have happened to him, he still loves owning rentals and thinks they are a great investment! On this episode we talk about how he dealt with issues and has gone on to build a great rental portfolio.
