I thought I would tell you a little bit about my story…
I have always wanted to buy rental properties, but I wasn’t sure how to get started.
In 2014, my wife and I bought a new house and decided to turn our old house into a rental.
After I got my first rent check, I had a few hundred bucks left over after I paid the mortgage. I was hooked!
I wanted to buy more rentals and generate more passive income, but I had many questions about how to do it.
Everyone I knew told me that rentals are a nightmare and that I shouldn’t get involved.
But I knew that there had to be successful landlords out there. I wanted to hear directly from the successful people.
I wanted to hear how they got started, how they grew their portfolio, and what they did to make things work.
I couldn’t find the information I wanted online, so I created the Rental Income Podcast. If I had been looking for this information, maybe other people would have been too.
I started the Rental Income Podcast and interviewed rental property investors to discover their secrets.
Ten years later, I have interviewed hundreds of landlords and added more properties to my rental portfolio, using the information and strategies I learned on the podcast.
